We absolutely LOVE Happy Dogs! My doggie pulls on her leash as soon as we round the corner to rush inside and greet the staff there as if she's coming home! I watch her obsessively on the doggie cam and I can see her playing with her friends. She's a happy camper and I can't ask for more. And the drop off service is extremely convenient on days where I have to work late. And Jennifer is awesome, as is Edgar and the rest of the staff. Highly recommended. =)
My pup has been going to Happy Dogs for about six months now, 5 days a week, and I've boarded him occasionally there, too. I don't know what I would do without them!
When we arrive in the morning and my dog sees any of the staff, his tail immediately starts wagging and he pulls towards them and doesn't even look back at me to say good-bye!
I know he has a fun-filled day, not just because of how he plops down in his bed exhausted every evening, but because I can watch him play at any time on their live daycare cam or see pictures and videos of him and his buddies on their Facebook page. Honestly I think this is one of the things that makes Happy Dogs unique - it is SO nice to be able to see what my boy is doing and to get to know all his pals, too!
Their pricing is affordable (you get discounts on lots of stuff if you're a regular), the staff are incredibly friendly and always know how your dog did that day (I often ask specific questions about him eating etc and they always know!) so I know they are very attentive as well. One nice thing about the camera, as well, is being able to see firsthand how the staff takes care of the dogs. They pick up messes immediately, they break up tiffs before they escalate, and they give all the dogs lots of love. No wonder my guy loves it here!
The facility is also very clean from what I've seen and experienced - my dog catches things pretty easily but he has yet to contract any bugs from any of the other dogs here.
I've only used their groomer once, but he turned my shaggy chewbacca impersonator back into his cute, fluffy self - it was a lot of work and he did a great job.Claire S.
